Azco sells many specialty phosphoramidites. Specialty phosphoramidites are used to allow the direct integration into an oligonucleotide chain modifications, terminal modifications such as phosphorylation or thiolation and fluorgenic labels as well as internal modification such as linkers and branches. Popular modifications include biotinylation, phosphorylation, insertion of a linker, plus others. Popular dyes include FAM, TET, HEX plus others.

Labeling and Fluorescent Phosphoramidites

               Azco has recently launched it own line of dye labeled phosphoramidites. The initial dyes offered are FAM,
               TET and HEX.  In the future we have plans to launch a entire line of dye labeled phosphoramidites including JOE,
                CY 3 and CY 5 equivalents plus others. Additionally we will be launching an entire line of complimentary
               quenchers on CPG. These are all license free products for use in your FRET probe development.

            We offer a variety of packages for phosphoramidites from a few milligrams to kilograms. Below lists the suffixes for
            the various bottle sizes. Please note, there is a nominal bottling charge for packaging DNA phosphoramidites in
            pack sizes less than 2 grams per bottle. For the specialty products,  you can request single use packages so that
            you do not have any go to waste.
